What we handle

Six things you don't want to figure out at 11pm in a foreign city.

A small Houston-based team builds a single itinerary per fan or family — match days, off-days, the connection between them — and stays on call until you fly home.

01

Match tickets

All seven NRG fixtures, from group stage through round of 16 and the quarterfinal. Category 1 through Category 4, plus hospitality if you want it. Paid through verified resale channels — no parking-lot envelopes.

02

Hotels that work

Pre-blocked rooms across the Galleria, Midtown, Downtown, and the Energy Corridor. You tell us the budget and how far you want to be from NRG; we tell you the trade-off in 24 hours, in writing.

03

Airport & ground transport

IAH and Hobby pickups with a name-on-a-sign driver who tracks your flight. Match-night transfers booked early so you're not in a surge queue when the final whistle goes.

04

Restaurants & nightlife

Tables held at the places locals actually eat — barbacoa in the East End, Vietnamese on Bellaire, the steakhouse your group keeps texting about. Shortlist tuned to your group size and noise tolerance.

05

Watch parties (off-days)

Houston hosts 7 of 104 matches; the rest you watch from a rooftop or a Congolese, Brazilian, or Argentine bar with a crowd that cares. We hold table space and tell you when to show up.

06

24/7 multilingual line

One number, one person who knows your itinerary. Need a doctor, a pharmacy, a translator at the stadium gate, a missed-flight rebook — you call us, not a help desk in Manila.

Why Houston

The host city built for visitors who eat well.

Of the 16 North American host cities, Houston gets the most group-stage action: seven matches over three weeks at NRG, which holds 72,220 and has a roof for July afternoons that the open-air stadiums don't.

The city itself is the most international in Texas — 145 languages spoken at home, the fourth-largest population of any US city, and the food scene that goes with it. Long layovers between matches are not a problem here.

Process

Three conversations, one trip you don't have to manage.

01

Tell us your shape

Twenty minutes on the phone. Which matches matter, who's coming, what you'll spend on a good hotel, what would ruin the trip.

02

Options in 24 hours

Tickets, hotel rooms, restaurant slots, transport — three honest scenarios with the costs and the trade-offs spelled out in plain English.

03

We book. You travel.

One invoice. One itinerary PDF. One phone number. We stay on call from your first flight to your last.

For the dark days

Houston gets seven matches. The tournament is 104.

The off-days are where the trip is made or lost. We hold table space at the rooftop, the Congolese bar in Alief, the Argentine parrilla in the Heights, the Brazilian botequim near the Galleria — whichever flag you fly, there's a room in Houston that fills up for it.

Common questions

What people ask before they hand us a credit card.

What languages does your team actually speak?

English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese — natively, not through Google Translate. If you need another language, tell us at the first call and we'll line up a local interpreter for the matches that matter.

Where do the match tickets come from?

Verified resale channels with FIFA-compliant transfer paths, plus direct allocations from hospitality partners for Category 1 and hospitality requests. We do not promise lottery tickets we don't have, and we tell you in writing where each seat came from.

How much does it cost to work with you?

The concierge fee is a flat percentage of the package or a per-day rate, depending on what you book. Hotels and tickets pass through at cost; every line shows on one invoice. We share the number on the first call, before any work starts.

Can I customize the itinerary as we go?

Yes — that's the whole point. The first 24-hour quote is a starting draft. We refine it across two or three rounds until the trip looks like something you'd actually want to live for three weeks.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

You call the one number on your itinerary card. Someone from the team picks up between 7am and 11pm Central, and there's a backup line for genuine emergencies overnight. Missed flights, lost passports, sick kids — handled all of those.
